Since 1895, the Ferman organization has proudly embraced the values of good corporate citizenship and a passion for giving back to the communities we serve through the Ferman Community Partnership whose mission is to enrich and improve the lives of men, women and children through philanthropy and active, personal involvement in the community.

Our Corporate Philanthropy efforts are as diverse as the charities we serve and provide volunteer support for schools and educational programs; healthcare, medical and human services organizations; arts, cultural and history groups; civic and community events; amateur youth sports and related activities. And, many of our employees contribute annually to our local United Way and volunteer their personal time and talents serving homeless shelters, local hospitals, Little Leagues, Boys and Girls Clubs, Metropolitan Ministries, participate annually in the Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic race which has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to local charities and many other organizations.

FERMAN CHEVROLET AND FERMAN VOLVO CARS - TARPON SPRINGS SPONSORS WHEELCHAIRS 4 KIDS

Wheelchairs 4 Kids is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with physical disabilities by providing wheelchairs, home and vehicle modifications, as well as other assistive equipment at no charge to the families.

Ferman was able to help raise $6,000 for Wheelchairs for Kids during the 6th Annual Kimberly Knorr Memorial Celebrity Golf Tournament that took place on January 28, 2021.

 

FERMAN CHEVROLET & FERMAN VOLVO CARS - TARPON SPRINGS DONATES TO METROPOLITAN MINISTRIES

We have an awesome Employee Team at Ferman Chevrolet & Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon Springs.

Together they raised $2,700 for Metropolitan Ministries. Inspired by their generosity, dealership management added another $3,000 bringing the grand total donated to $5,700!

FERMAN OF NEW PORT RICHEY CELEBRATES K-9 APPRECIATION DAY

Raise your paws in support of Pasco Sherriff's Charities K-9 Association. On K-9 Appreciation Day, Guests spent the day with tails wagging as they engaged with the Pasco Sherriff K-9's, learning how they train and reaffirming the important role these K-9's and Pasco Sheriff Deputies have in our community.

Together, Ferman ... with the help of every Guest who purchased a new or used vehicle during December and January ... were able to raise $10,350 for the K-9 Association. These funds will help support acquisition, training, equipping, and providing the highest level of maintenance and care these K-9's deserve. 

 

FERMAN BMW LENDS A HAND TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY PINELLAS COUNTY

On April 12th, the team at Ferman BMW grabbed their tools and put on their hard hats to help build a home for a local family in need with Habitat for Humanity Pinellas County.

Since 1985, Habitat for Humanity Pinellas County has been breaking ground on homes with the help of volunteers and donations. In 2017, the organization dedicated their 400th home! For more information, please visit their website here. 

 

The Ferman Automotive Group is proud to be an Official Sponsor of the 2017 Tampa Pig Jig. What started as a local, backyard fundraiser to help a friend suffering from FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome has now become a huge annual BBG and music event right here in Tampa.

In the last 6 years, Pig Jig has raised over $2 million for NephCure Kidney International, a non-profit dedicated to finding a cure for FSGS and Nephrotic Syndrome, and Ferman was happy to help contribute to this noble pursuit.

FERMAN AUTOMOTIVE GIVES VEHICLE SPA DAY TO LUCKY WINNER

Ferman is a proud sponsor of the Gasparilla Distance Classic and you cant miss our tent at the pre-race, Health and Fitness Expo. We like to give away great prizes and a favorite is a Deluxe Vehicle Spa Day. Runners who stopped by the tent and registered had the opportunity to win.

Ferman Ford Raises Awareness to Help End Child Poverty

Ferman believes that no child should ever go hungry and just a little help can go a long way. On May 26th, Ferman Ford went the extra step and put on their red noses in support of Red Nose Day.

Red Nose Day helps raise awareness and money for children who live in poverty both here and around the world. Raising $31.5 million in 2016, Red Nose Day's mission is to provide children with basic needs like shelter, food, water, sanitation, healthcare and education.
